Anita Madhav 

Anita Madhav is a self-taught artist, who creates full time from her home studio, based in rural Manukau, where she lives with her family - surrounded by rolling hills and a picturesque landscape, it provides plenty of inspiration! Working with a mix of mediums from acrylics, textured papers and oils, Anita is always experimenting with different techniques and styles. Initially inspired by NZ landscapes and beautiful native flora, Anita has only recently started highlighting the native birds of Aotearoa, mixing them with beautiful flora and striking colour combinations.
