Shipping and Click & Collect

Christmas Shipping Dates

Economy Courier Express
New Zealand Friday 15th December Monday 18th December  -
Australia Monday 27th November Friday 8th December

Cut-off dates are targets only. Sending by the Christmas cut-off dates gives you the best chance to get your item where it needs to be for Christmas and are correct as of 1 October 2023, but may change due to unforeseen service impacts.

Please note we will endeavour to get parcels packaged and on the courier within as quickly as possible. Due to increased amounts of web orders during the Christmas period please be mindful with the above cut off dates.

Standard Shipping Charges

Orders purchased for delivery within New Zealand over a value of $150 NZD will be shipped free of charge. Orders with a value of less than $150 NZD will incur a charge. Our courier does not deliver to PO Box or Private Bag addresses. In the case you have provided an address with issues, we will contact you. 

Freight Charges

  • Auckland -  from $8.00
  • North Island - from $12.00
  • South Island - from $15.00
  • Waiheke Island - from $25.00 (incl Island surchage)
  • New Zealand Rural Deliveries - Additional $3.00 Charge
  • Australia - From $25.00. Please note we will contact you via email if there are additional freight charges based on the size and weight of your overall package. We ship using Economy Tracked via NZ Post, with a delivery target of 6 - 12 working days.
  • Rest of the World - Feel free to contact us if you would like to know if we are able to ship to you. Please let us know what products you are looking to purchase, and the shipping address, and we can generate a quote for you. Please note that we may not be able to complete all international order requests, given shipping delays and risk, but we will be able to notify you of the possibility when you contact us. We use the most up-to-date shipping intel when evaluating our ability to ship internationally.

  • Normal Estimates (outside of Christmas):
  • Auckland - 4 working days (excl weekends and Public Holidays)
  • North Island - 5 working days (excl weekends and Public Holidays)
  • South Island - 6 working days (excl weekends and Public Holidays)
  • Rural - Additional 5 working days (excl weekends and Public Holidays)
     
    We will do our utmost to ensure your order is packaged and ready for collection by the next working day, any orders placed during weekend hours will be dispatched Monday. Please note that all of our couriers are working hard to deliver your items to you promptly. We publish our delivery time estimates based on the most current information we receive from the courier companies. Once your item is dispatched from Creative & Brave, you will receive a notification and tracking advice from the courier company delivering your order. Please follow the tracking advice and lodging form provided by the courier company if you are tracking your parcel.

    Urgent Delivery

    If you need your order urgently, we may be able to organise same day delivery  within Auckland at an extra cost, this however does not guarantee that the item will make it to you at your specified date. For these services, please contact us at hello@creativeandbrave.co.nz. Otherwise, please allow the above number of days from the time of purchase to the time of arrival. The times are subject to severe weather conditions, road/rail closures and industrial action. 

    Click & Collect

    The Click & Collect option is available for products which are physically in stock at each location. The availability of each individual product is visible beneath the products description. If there are no locations visible, the item is not available for Click & Collect.

    Botany:
    MON-WED & SAT: 9am - 6pm
    THURS - FRI: 9am - 9pm
    SUN: 10am - 6pm

    Takapuna:
    MON - WED, FRI - SAT: 9am - 6pm
    THU: 9am - 9pm
    SUN 9am - 5pm

    Commercial Bay:
    MON - WED: 10am - 6pm
    THUR - SAT: 10am - 7pm
    SUN: 10am - 5pm

    Northwest:
    MON - WED, FRI - SUN: 9am - 6pm
    THU: 9am - 9pm
     

    Damaged Products

    All items are packaged as carefully and as well as possible. However please check the item(s) upon receipt by the courier and advise us immediately by email or phone call if there is a problem. Creative & Brave will take great care in applying protective packaging for the safe transit of your purchase. From time to time due to rough handling this may not be enough to prevent damage. Please follow the steps below carefully.

    1. If there is visible damage to your package please open and inspect the contents to see if the product is affected. Please email us immediately to notify.
    2. You will receive advice for the product and its packaging to be picked up and we will replace that item on receipt of the damaged item.
    3. All damage claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of delivery.

    Procedure to change an unwanted purchase:

    All products are purchased by the buyer on the basis of the price and description shown on this site. It is therefore important that at the time of purchase you are happy with the product(s) chosen. Please read the descriptions and titles carefully.If on receipt of those goods you wish to change your mind, contact us immediately to get agreement on a right to exchange. The product must not have been used and the original packaging must be undamaged.

    All return courier costs will be your responsibility and when checked by us on its return, we will complete the exchange transaction.
