The blend of botanicals comprises of Rose, Calendula & Cornflower Petals, Rose Hip, Lavender Rubbings, Lemon Balm. Essential Oils of Rose Geranium, Lavender, Ylang Ylang & Bergamot add calming and relaxing aromatherapy properties.

• Pour contents into a bowl, cover with boiling water and allow to cool for a few moments. Drape a towel over your head, close your eyes and find a comfortable distance from the heat. Relax and allow the steam to carry the herbal properties and Essential Oils into your skin.
• After ten to fifteen minutes, rinse with lukewarm water and pat your skin dry.
