Bloom Drop Earrings - Silver

Bloom is a delicate collection of quiet femininity, inspired by the joy and gentle strength of flowers in full bloom. Each little petal is hand textured with tiny botanical details to create a new, unique piece every time.  

• Sterling silver rings are approximately 16mm in diamter.
• Scalloped sterling silver disc, enclosed by two sterling silver petals on either side.
• Hammered botanical textures.
• Hanging from sterling silver ear hooks.
• Total length from top of ear hook is 35mm.
• Each pair of earrings is carefully handmade, so will vary slightly in botanical imagery from each other and images shown. No two pairs of earrings are the same.

Lily Griffin jewellery is dainty and delicate, so care must be taken when wearing and storing it.

Please do not wear while exercising, swimming, gardening, showering, cleaning or sleeping. Store in a soft protective pouch or box out of direct sunlight and away from moisture, excessive heat or cold. Please do not store in the bathroom. Avoid contact with household chemicals, perfumes, creams, and hairspray/gels.

Please be aware that you will be able to enjoy your pieces longer if they are not worn on a day to day basis.

Lily Griffin

A love for Aotearoa is the primary inspiration behind Nicki’s beautiful pieces - “I feel very lucky to have been born in New Zealand. I remember long lazy school holidays camping in Oakura Bay and Mangawhai Heads, making daisy and buttercup chains, investigating beach rock pools, and going on bush walks through native forests”. Nicki started creating jewellery in 2013, wanting to evoke these memories in her work, and with a background in painting and sculpture, she experimented with porcelain paint and sculpting fine silver. Being totally self-taught meant lots of researching techniques and testing ideas - helping the pieces come to life through handcrafting! All of this is done at her small studio in Auckland, overlooking the family courtyard garden, where Nicki works in between looking after her children; Lily and Griffin.
