Robyn Kunin

Robyn Kunin has been producing work for us at Texan for a very long time. Her pieces are gorgeously hand made with care and attention. Her ceramics are fine and detailed.
"My love of clay began while teaching art classes for children.  We made tiles, fish, and nikau palms.  I became intrigued as I explored the possibilities the medium offers.   Pinch pots, creatures, slab vessels, wall hangings and work with textures - I loved it. It was only a matter of months before it became a consuming passion.  With the enthusiastic support of my husband and friends, primary teaching gradually gave way to a new career as a full time ceramic artist."
