All your payment information is automatically disposed of once given, to ensure your utmost privacy and security. We use DPS Payment Express as our payment provider who provide PCI DSS compliant payment solutions
If you purchase or register online you will be added to our customer database. However if you wish to cancel at anytime, simply respond with “please remove” in the subject line. We will remove you before the next newsletter goes out.
You can either buy online using your credit card or feel free to email, phone or stop by one of our great stores. We also accept internet banking payments if you don’t have a credit card but you will need to phone us for that option.
All prices are shown in NZD, include GST and are per item. E.g. some photos may show multiple items, but the price is only for 1 item, unless otherwise specified.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to enter the correct shipping details in the the shipping section at check out. Creative & Brave does not take responsibility for miss-deliveries of parcels based on incorrect entry of delivery address on website forms. Check all forms for correct details before continuing to payment.
Orders can be cancelled at any stage of the checkout process before the payment is made. Completed and paid orders can be refunded or exchanged in accordance with our Exchange or refund policy ( see below).
Many of our items are hand made and therefore will vary slightly. We will aim to provide you with items as close as possible to your request. If appropriate please specify colour and design choices when ordering.
Please also specify whether you want your items to be gift-wrapped (this is a free service) and contain a small message from you (on a free gift tag).
Our postage costs are passed on and are referenced in the "Shipping Rates & Delivery" section. Check your applicable cost and delivery time estimates. Read this section clearly.
Due to most of our items being hand-made, if we don’t have the item in stock it may need to be made up specially. If there is a delay we will contact you and let you know, but most artists can get items out within a few days anyway.
All items are packaged as carefully and as well as possible. However please check the item(s) upon receipt by the courier and advise immediately (by email) if there is a problem.
