Privacy

We regard your privacy with the utmost respect and care and will never give out any of your details to a 3rd party. All your payment information is automatically disposed of once given, to ensure your utmost privacy and security. We use DPS Payment Express as our payment provider who provide PCI DSS compliant payment solutions

If you purchase or register online and tick "Email me with News and Offers", you will be added to our customer database. If you wish to cancel at anytime, there is an unsubscribe link at the bottom of our emails, or simply respond with “please remove” in the subject line. If you respond as above, we will aim to remove you before the next newsletter goes out.

Purchasing

You can either buy online using your credit card or feel free to email, phone or stop by one of our great stores. 

All prices are shown in NZD, include GST and are per item. E.g. some photos may show multiple items, but the price is only for 1 item, unless otherwise specified.

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to enter the correct shipping details in the the shipping section at checkout. Creative & Brave does not take responsibility for deliveries of parcels based on incorrect entry of delivery address on website forms. Check all forms for correct details before continuing to payment.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled at any stage of the checkout process before the payment is made. Completed and paid orders can be refunded or exchanged in accordance with our Exchange/Refund Policy.

Uniqueness

Many of our items are handmade and therefore will vary slightly. We will aim to provide you with items as close as possible to your request. If appropriate, please specify colour and design choices when ordering.

Please also specify whether you want your items to be gift-wrapped (this is a free service) and contain a small message from you.

Postage

Our postage costs are passed on and are referenced in Shipping Rates & Delivery. Check your applicable cost and delivery time estimates. Read this section clearly. If you haver any queries, please contact us

Receiving the goods

Due to most of our items being handmade, if we don’t have the item in stock, it may need to be made up specially. If there is a delay, we will contact you and let you know, but most artists can get items out within a few days anyway. 
All items are packaged as carefully and as well as possible. However, please check the item(s) upon receipt by the courier and advise immediately (by email) if there is a problem.
