Little Taonga’s Puriri Petite Studs are inspired by New Zealand’s largest moth, the ghost moth or pepetuna, a beautiful symbol with deep Māori cultural significance as a spiritual messenger.
Little Taonga
Ngāi Tahu, Rangitāne and Ngāti Kuia artist Cezanne Lyons is the creative mind behind Little Taonga. Taonga means treasure in Te Reo Māori, and it’s an apt description for the beautiful pieces that Cezanne designs. Cezanne is inspired by her culture and her love for Aotearoa, as well as the picturesque nature and wildlife surrounding her in Mangamaunu.
