Gorgeous paperweights from the talented folk at Venus Hot Glass. Each one is unique with a combination of clear and coloured glass swirling within the body of the piece.
Venus Hot Glass
Venus Hot Glass is a small Christchurch-based glass-blowing studio established in 1997 by glass artists Ian Walters and Tokiko Tatemoto. Tokiko is now the main producer of these gorgeous art pieces. Their glass is made from a mixture of minerals including silica sand from Mt. Somers in the mid-Canterbury region. They are the original glass Koru creators, but they also make a wide range of other glass products including bowls, vases, perfume bottles, and paperweights.
