Who we are looking for
We are now searching for an outstanding individual to join the Creative & Brave team for approximately 30 hrs a week (Monday to Friday) as our Sylvia Park Store Manager and Team Leader. This role might suit someone wanting to work close to school hours.
Being in one of Auckland's busiest malls means you need to be an experienced retail store manager and be able to deal efficiently with all areas of store management; outstanding selling ability, exceptional customer service, strong communication skills, people management & leadership, visual merchandising, stock ordering & control. Plus you need to be driven to grow the business.
We are after someone who will take a sense of ownership of the store and its results. You will need to be able manage and motivate our team as well as work sole charge.
