Kowhai Flower & Bud Necklace - Silver & Gold

Meaning Yellow in Maori, Kowhai have strikingly bright golden flowers, with curved ruffled petals.  Blooming in Spring, they add a flush of colour to the New Zealand landscape, attracting Tui and Kereru to their nectar.

A sterling silver flower (21mm x 8mm) and bud (12mm x 4mm), bonded with layers of 24k gold to represent petals, suspended from a 45cm fine sterling silver necklace, with a 5cm extender.
